  • The Illinois Valley Quilters’ Guild. We meet monthly and we are involved in community service.  We provide a raffle quilt each year to the La Salle County Health Department so they can raise money to support women who cannot afford mammograms.  We participated in making blocks for memory quilts that were given to the families who have lost a soldier in the Middle east, and this past year have provided a quilt to the Ottawa Food Basket to raise funds for the distribution of food to the poor of the area.  We also provided a fund raising quilt to the area Special Olympics.  www.illinoisvalleyquiltguild.com
