How do I get a copy of your free catalog?

Due to the expense of printing, and as fast as our merchandise changes, we no longer offer a catalog, however, our entire product line is available in our shop here: http://www.kayewood.com/new

When will I get my order?

You should see your order within two weeks. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all DVD orders. DVD copies of our programs are special ordered from our production company and are non-refundable.

When can I talk to a person and what are your hours of operation?

Our summer hours are Monday through Friday 9-3 EST. All other times you can leave your order on our secure voice mail system. If no one answers during these times, we have stepped away from the desk or are on other lines.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please contact us via e-mail for your shipping charges. When mailing in an International check or money order, please make sure that funds are in US Dollars.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them for store credit. Return must be made in 30 days of purchase with items(s) in NEW condition. We do not refund shipping charges
