What is an ebook or epattern? How do I get and ebook or epattern?
It is an electronic version of the printed book or pattern. It will be delivered into your email box in the form of a link that you click on. You can then choose to print it or save it to your computer or both. The file requires that Adobe Acrobat Reader be installed on your computer, which you can get, free here: http://www.adobe.com
When will I get my order?
You should see your order within two weeks. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all DVD orders. DVD copies of our programs are special ordered from our production company and are non-refundable.

International Shipping will be actual cost - email us with your address and list of items to purchase and we’ll get back to you with your shipping costs.

Yes, we do. Please contact us via e-mail for your shipping charges. When mailing in an International check or money order, please make sure that funds are in US Dollars.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them for a refund of the purchase price. Return must be made in 30 days of purchase with items(s) in re-sellable condition.
