The 19" x 19" Snowman Head wallhanging uses 2" finished squares and the Primitive Gatherings "Itty Bitty" Primitive Pinwheels Tool to "twist pinwheels".

Our pattern also includes instructions to make the head in a larger size of 33-1/4" x 33-1/4" (only the head portion of the Snowman Full Body quilt), with 3" finished squares and the Primitive Pinwheels tool.
